为学员结课

Close Course 用于结束学员当前 Course，并一次性处理该 Course 尚未使用完的课程权益。

它与以下操作不同：

• Suspend Course：暂时停课；
• Transfer Course：把课程权益转入其他 Course；
• Withdraw Course：退课并处理退款；
• Close Class：结束一个班级，而不是结束某个学员的 Course。

Close Course 会发生什么？

当前系统明确提示：

Close Course 后，剩余 Credit Hours 和剩余 Course Duration 会被处理掉，对应的剩余课程价值会确认为学校收入。

这是不可撤销操作。提交前应把它视为正式结束该学员 Course rights 的财务/课程生命周期操作，而不是普通状态切换。

对于 By Hour Course，主要关注：

• Remaining Hours；
• Remaining Tuition；
• Unit Price。

对于 By Term Course，主要关注：

• Remaining Course Duration；
• Valid Until；
• Course Fee / Remaining Tuition。

什么时候使用 Close Course？

适合以下业务含义：

• 学员已完成或决定结束该 Course；
• 不需要把剩余权益转到其他 Course；
• 不需要按正常 Withdraw 流程退还剩余学费；
• 学校需要正式结束剩余课程权益。

如果学员只是临时暂停，请使用 Suspend Course。

如果需要退回剩余学费，请先判断是否应该使用 Withdraw Course。

某些无法 Withdraw 的情况

当前系统明确存在以下限制：

• 如果实际已消费的 Credit Hour Amount 已超过 Paid Tuition，不能执行 Withdraw Course；
• 如仍需要结束当前 Course，系统提示使用 Close Course。

这意味着 Close Course 和 Withdraw Course 的财务含义完全不同。

执行 Close Course

1. 打开 Student 的 Course；
2. 选择 Close Course；
3. 核对 Remaining Hours / Remaining Tuition 或 Course Duration；
4. 选择 Course Completion Date；
5. 填写 Notes（如需要）；
6. 再次确认不可撤销影响；
7. 点击 Confirm。

完成后的结果

Course 会进入 Course Ended 状态。

剩余课程权益会按照 Close Course 规则结束，相应金额进入 Close-Course Income / Recognized Income 相关统计。
