Artstep has three main user surfaces
Artstep International is used through three main surfaces:
- Artstep Web — the main school management system for organization setup, staff and permissions, courses, students, enrollment, classes, scheduling, finance and reporting.
- Artstep Pro — the staff and teacher app for day-to-day operations such as students, classes, timetables, scheduling, attendance, assignments and notifications.
- Artstep Student — the student and family app for schedules, courses, leave, bookings, assignment submission, feedback and notifications.
The features visible to each user may vary depending on the school's configuration, the user's role and assigned permissions.
Sign in to Artstep Web
Artstep Web currently supports two sign-in methods.
Option 1: Account login
- Open the Artstep Web sign-in page.
- Switch to account login.
- Enter the account/username and password provided by your school.
- Click
Login.
Option 2: Sign in with Artstep Pro
If you are already signed in to Artstep Pro, you can scan the QR code on the Web sign-in page with the app and confirm the login in Artstep Pro.
To change the interface language, use the language selector in the upper-right corner:

After signing in, Artstep opens the management interface for the current campus.
Switch campuses
If your account has access to more than one campus:
- Click the current campus name in the upper-left corner.
- Select the campus you want to work in.
- Artstep switches the active campus and reloads the menu and data for that campus.
Important: Before creating courses, students, classes or schedules, make sure you are working in the correct campus.
Use Artstep Pro
Artstep Pro is designed for school staff and teachers. Its main navigation currently includes:
HomeDataProfile
From Profile, you can view your account information and, when your account is authorized for multiple campuses, switch campuses. The app also supports Chinese and English.
Use Artstep Student
Artstep Student is designed for students and families. Its current functions include:
- Schedule
- Courses
- Attendance
- Leave
- Booking
- Assignment
- Feedback
- Notifications
- Invoice / Receipt
Depending on the account's student bindings, users can view or switch between linked students.
If you cannot find a feature
If a feature mentioned in the Help Center is not visible in your account, check:
- that you are using the correct Artstep product;
- that the correct campus is selected;
- that your account role includes the required permission;
- that the school has enabled the relevant feature.
If the feature is still unavailable, contact your school administrator.
