1. Activity Overview
Theme: "Spending Christmas Eve together, getting institutional koi fish"
Date: December 24th evening (specific time can be determined according to the actual situation of the campus)
Goal:
① Enhance the visibility of our school and effectively promote it to the maximum extent possible.
② Through activities, we aim to strengthen the attachment rate of elderly students and lay the groundwork for winter vacation or spring class extension in advance.
③ Hand in hand, guide new students, promote on-site registration and post event trial enrollment.
2. Event promotion
(1) Before the event begins
Promotion time: 1-2 weeks in advance.
Online publicity: school official account, circle of friends, parent community.
Promotion format: self media articles + posters + invitation letters.

Invite participants

Distribute invitation cards

(2) After the event ends

3. Material preparation

4. Invitation

5. Reminder before the event

6. Activity process

② Watch Christmas movies for free
Arrange the candies in advance and lead the students and parents to the classroom where they can watch a movie. After all the students arrive, let's watch a warm Christmas movie together
③ Surprise Lottery
All participants in the evening party will participate in the surprise lottery festival. Students and parents are requested to keep their numbers and draw and receive, including the largest koi prize. We can extract koi through cross industry cooperation.
