Annual Plan for Training Institutions: Finding a New Growth Path for Training Institutions amidst Changes

In the past few years, parents' consumption concepts, the economic environment we are in, and industry competition have all undergone profound changes.
If institutions continue to use their past enrollment and operation methods, it is easy to see that it is becoming increasingly difficult to attract customers, parents are becoming more picky, and even if they try to optimize their courses, the results will not be significant.
In the new year, we need to re plan
1. Course optimization and upgrading: keeping the classroom always fresh
With parents' increasing demands for the classroom, the curriculum model of the campus must not remain unchanged.
Institutions need to conduct systematic evaluations and optimizations of existing courses based on market trends and student needs, ensuring that the content is both cutting-edge and truly 'useful and applicable'.
We can focus on three directions:
Introduce more interactive and innovative classroom modes: enhance children's participation, rather than teachers' one-way output.
Designing classrooms with learning experience as the core: allowing children to truly learn and see results in a relaxed state.
Enrich course formats: project-based classrooms, themed courses, stage growth camps... Continuously create freshness and avoid "losing interest after a long time".
Courses are the 'roots' of institutions, and the deeper the roots are rooted, the more stable the renewal and reputation will naturally be.
2. Teacher team building: Good teachers are the biggest competitiveness of the campus

No matter how good the hardware is, it cannot replace an excellent teacher
The campus should place teacher capacity building in a long-term strategy:
Regularly organize teacher training to continuously improve teaching level and professional competence;
Schools where conditions permit can introduce outstanding teachers with rich industry experience and deep teaching experience;
Establish a clear teacher incentive mechanism to encourage teachers to innovate courses and enhance their abilities.
When teachers are willing to grow and dare to innovate, the teaching quality and curriculum development ability of the institution will be improved synchronously.
3. Improving teaching quality: making parents' visible changes more convincing
In campus operation, teaching quality is always the core of the core.
Suggest establishing a complete teaching quality evaluation system:
Regularly inspect and provide feedback on classroom effectiveness;
Conduct student/parent satisfaction surveys to truly hear their voices;
Develop improvement measures for the problem and implement them in every class.
Only parents truly see:
The child's performance in the classroom, changes over the past month or semester, and a growth trajectory that can be continuously tracked.
They will be more willing to renew, recommend, and have long-term trust.
4. Develop an annual enrollment plan: first establish a framework, and then continuously optimize it
The enrollment plan doesn't necessarily have to be very complex, but it must have a clear framework.
You can plan it this way: set annual enrollment goals, including the number of intended students, the number of converted students.
Develop differentiated strategies based on different courses and age groups, using different strategies.
Optimize the enrollment process: simplify the consultation → trial course → registration process to improve conversion efficiency.
Expand diversified enrollment channels: online platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, combined with cross industry cooperation and event traffic, to ensure continuous exposure.
