Education and training institutions: The 4 easiest ways to close down, avoid early and be safe!

Over the years of teaching and training, I have seen too many institutions rise and fall faster. It's not that the market is not doing well, it's not that parents don't have money, 90% of them are "doing their own thing".

The following four pitfalls that should be paid attention to, as long as they are avoided, the mechanism can survive steadily.

I only understand enrollment, not renewal

The most common pitfall is that you can't make money even if you're exhausted: spending money every day to attract traffic, organizing events, making phone calls, and only hiring new students, ignoring old ones. As a result, recruiting a batch and leaving a batch, like a funnel, it seems like there are many students, but once calculated: advertising fees, venue fees, and labor costs are deducted, there is no profit at all. The profit of education and training never comes from freshmen, but from renewals. Without a renewal rate, institutions are like "goddesses on the road", the more they recruit, the more they lose, and ultimately collapse directly.

Crazy low price internal competition, crushing oneself to death

I thought I could hire people for cheap prices, such as 9.9 yuan, 19.9 yuan, or even free learning, but ended up in a vicious cycle of low prices, no profits, reduced services, no effectiveness, and even lower prices. Low prices cannot bring loyalty, they can only attract parents who are greedy for cheap things. Without profit, we cannot retain good teachers; Without good teachers, we cannot achieve results; If there is no effect, we can only continue to lower the price. The end of the price war is bankruptcy.

Management is chaotic, and teachers frequently leave

The foundation has collapsed directly. The principal does not understand management, only focuses on performance and enrollment, disrespects teachers, does not provide growth, and does not give the money they should receive, resulting in teachers changing every six months and batches every year. As soon as the teacher leaves, the parents immediately refund the fees, and the students leave directly. The cost of retraining and adjusting to new teachers is frighteningly high. Teachers are the root of education and training. If teachers are unstable, institutions will also be unstable.

Focus only on sales, not teaching

The reputation has completely deteriorated, and all the energy is focused on rhetoric, forcing orders, and packaging. The classes are average, and the service is done poorly, relying solely on words to deceive parents into registering. One registration relies on deception, and a second renewal relies on strength. Parents found that the previous session had no effect, immediately left, and even spoke ill of themselves everywhere. The reputation was terrible, and no one dared to come within a few miles, so we had to close down in the end.

The core of the survival of educational and training institutions is only four sentences:

1. Teaching is the root, if the lesson is not good, everything is zero

2. Teachers are the foundation, people are unstable, everything is in vain

3. Renewal is life, it cannot be renewed, no matter how busy you are, you have no money

4. Value is the road, not low price, only then can we go far

Avoid these four methods,

Not blindly rolling, not blindly recruiting, not blindly managing, not blindly deceiving,

By doing teaching, service, and reputation solidly, your institution will surely become more stable and long-lasting.
