The strategies for teachers to communicate between home and school need to include the following aspects:

Ⅰ.Master the psychology of communicating with parents and the art of communication.

As a teacher, different strategies should be adopted for different parents.. Don't wait until students make mistakes to visit and invite parents.

1.For knowledge-based parents:

After truthfully reporting the situation to parents, the homeroom teacher should proactively ask them to propose educational measures and suggestions for handling, and listen carefully. At the same time, one must have their own judgment and analyze calmly.

2. For doting parents:

After meeting with parents, the homeroom teacher should first affirm the strengths of the students, give recognition to their advantages, and seize their positive qualities. Then make a request in affirmation, with a hint of elegance in the request.

3. For irritable parents:

Pay special attention to methods and approach things with caution. Using a gentle and gentle conversation style to let parents know: the teacher invited them to the school not to inflict physical pain on their students, but to help them quickly recognize and correct their own shortcomings and mistakes. We hope to receive the cooperation of parents, work together to manage and educate our students. Persuade people with emotions and gain the trust of parents. It must be declared that it not only prohibits physical abuse of children, but also serves an educational purpose.

4. For laissez faire parents:

Report more good news and less bad news, never exaggerate problems, make parents aware of their children's development prospects, stimulate their love and expectations for their children, actively participate in their children's educational activities, and create a good family environment for their children.

5. For parents of "underachieving students":

Parents should have full confidence in their children. We cannot use grades as a criterion to deny students. We should try to discover their shining points and let parents see their children's strengths, progress, and hope. Only when parents have confidence in their children, will they actively communicate with teachers and cooperate with their work.

6. For aggressive parents:

To convince people with reason, remain calm, and wear a smile. Winning the favor of parents, demonstrating one's tolerance and magnanimity, and ultimately eliminating misunderstandings and conflicts.

II .Create a good communication atmosphere to help parents identify with the school's educational approach.

The homeroom teacher and parents can first jointly set a goal that is recognized by everyone, which assigns high expectations to each participant. By decomposing the goal, the goal can be concretized into responsibility and assigned to individuals to ensure its achievement.

Of course, there are other goals as well, including providing support for parents, keeping them in touch with other community resources, gathering parents with similar special education needs, encouraging parents to improve their educational skills, and taking other measures to enhance the quality of family life.

III .Adopting the "invite in" strategy to encourage parents to participate in school activities and enhance their enthusiasm for communication with the school.

For example, inviting parents to participate in activities such as class meetings, cultural events organized by the school, sports games, spring outings, and inviting them to attend classes. I think it's also possible to ask parents to speak up for their children based on their profession. For example, if a parent is a police officer, they can ask them to teach their children about safety knowledge and protect themselves.

In short, every effort should be made to maintain close contact between parents and class teachers, communicate regularly, and pay attention to communication methods in order to achieve certain educational results.
